February, 2010 - Mary Richards says "I know you can do it, I did!"
When I was recovering from a totally disabling accident that had injured my head, neck and back, I had absolutely no money of my own. I put play money in my wallet so I would see some green whenever I opened my wallet to show my medical I.D. In time the play money from one of my children's games encouraged me to start imagining real money there.
When you visualize AND BELIEVE, amazing things take place. Believing is the key! Soon I recorded my first Guided Relaxation releases. The catalog of releases quickly grew to over 200. I was on a roll. The CD's are sold worldwide! The play money, and my clear intention, catapulted me to a place of financial well-being.

August 2009 - The two titles that Mary listens to every day!
I thought my CD listeners might enjoy hearing about my two favorite CD's which I play every day regardless of what is transpiring in my life.
The 11th Step I may play more than once during the day - especially track one. I relax so completely with it. This recording is so special to me. I had just completed two other guided imagery recordings when
I asked my studio engineer/music composer to dim the lights in the studio - I wanted to record without a script and just open up to the message as it unfolded. The composer did the same and created music along with me. the blending and the loving intention came together in a wondrous way! When I listen, the experience is ever new.
Some days when I have one client right after another, I still take a few moments to turn on a portion of 11th Step. Within a few deep breathes, the peace unfolds, I feel renewed and ready for my next client.
Healing Energy Sleep CD is my constant companion. I take it with me even when I'm traveling. the ocean is my favorite place to be so I take "my ocean" with me. I created this recording 30 years ago - describing one of my lazy days at the beach with my two precious dogs and my husband who loved the ocean as much as I do.
Our vacation home in Gualala California which was nestled in the pine and redwoods was walking distance to the beach. This was our special joy for 30 years. My husband made his transition in 2004 and our dogs some time before that.
I am so fortunate that every day as I put on Healing Energy Sleep I am transported again to our special time - our special beach. I smile remembering as I gradually drift off to peaceful - health restoring sleep, with healing energy flowing through me.
July 2009 Mary Richards has a full schedule of clients, however as clients complete their inner work or go on vacation it makes room for new clients.
